SATS Integrated Conservation Solutions Pvt Ltd was established in 2012. Its aim is to promote protection and conservation of the environment including air, land, forests and water and for this purpose to undertake all necessary activities independently or in conjunction with Government departments, Corporates and any other agency engaged for the purpose.
We are a team of dedicated scientists, managers, researchers and practitioners supported by a team of National and Overseas Panel of Experts in various disciplines in conservation, whom we engage and collaborate with, as and when required.
SATS envisages to provide conservation-based support to Government and Private Sector in its attempt to promote sustainable ways through ‘Conservation-Oriented Development’. We feel that conservation is extremely important but also understand that development is inevitable for a country like ours. This prompts us to dedicate ourselves to promote rational development through innovative initiatives ensuring ‘Conservation-Oriented Development’.
Objectives:
1- To conduct the business of ecological and environmental services, conservation of forest and wildlife resources, planning and management of protected areas and wild species in India.
2- To provide services related to ecological, social, economical and visual impact assessment and to provide for avenues related to conservation oriented rural and urban landscape designs, while ensuring long-term conservation and development of environment.
3- To promote protection and conservation of the environment including air, land, forests and water and for this purpose, undertake all necessary activities independently or in conjunction with Government departments, Corporates and any other agencies engaged for the same purpose.
Sub-Objectives:
1. To provide comprehensive and integrated services for Forest Clearance under the Forest (Conservation) Act,1980, Environmental Clearance under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, Wildlife Clearance and various other associated government clearances for developmental projects.
2. To provide policy, planning, management and field support for various conservation projects related to protected areas.
3. To offer services related to Landscape and Urban Planning.
4. To provide Services related to ‘Ecosystem Services Assessment’ at the National, Regional and State Level.
5. To provide avenues for Capacity and Competency Building of Government Departments and Corporate Sector in various issues with the underlying principle of Conservation Oriented- Development.
6. To provide Technical Support to Corporate Sector in streamlining, planning, managing, executing and monitoring initiatives under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
7. To establish and promote sister organizations and facilitate Theme- Based Collaborations and Consortia.
8. To provide Technical Support to State Government and Government of India in its effort towards Good Governance and Conservation- Oriented-Development for human well-being.
9. Development of ‘Spatial Digital Planning and Management Support Systems’ for Government / semi government / autonomous and corporate establishments in the following disciplines:
- Forests

10. Incorporation of Modern tools and technologies in rural / semi-urban and urban settlements.
11. Preparation of Conservation and Development Plans on turnkey bases
1. To promote protection and conservation of the environment including air, land, forests and water and for this purpose to undertake all necessary activities independently or in conjunction with Corporates, Government departments and any other agencies engaged for the same purpose.
2. To provide avenues for Capacity and Competency Building of Government Departments and Corporate Sector in various issues with the underlying principle of Conservation-Oriented- Development.
3. To preserve and improve the natural environment, forests, national parks, wildlife reserves, coastal ecology, mangroves, watersheds, estuaries and sanctuaries(Protected Areas), and for that purpose establish and / or support research centres and other establishments.
4. To provide business services related to Technical Support to Corporate Sector in streamlining, planning, managing, executing and monitoring there activities related to environment and Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)
5. To establish and develop of an Extension Campuses of overseas Universities and Research Centres, in India, to promote specialised curriculum for Corporate Sector, Government and other user agencies, on various themes.
6. To promote protection and conservation of the environment including air, land, forests and water and for this purpose to undertake all necessary activities independently or in conjunction with Corporates, Government departments and any other agencies engaged for the same purpose.
7. To promote business services related to dissemination of information and creating awareness related to issues concerning the environment to the public at large by sponsoring, organizing and conducting environmental camps, hikes, treks, nature walks, visits to conservatories, bird and wildlife sanctuaries, natural reserve centres, museums, sponsoring television programmes, organizing, sponsoring and/or supporting the conduct of lectures by eminent environmentalists, publishing books, journals, periodicals, magazines, leaflets, pamphlets in different languages to achieve the aforesaid purpose or sponsoring and/or supporting the publication of such books, etc.
8. To support and / or encourage conservation of the natural resources by organizing, sponsoring and/or supporting the conduct of Community Mobilisation and Development Programs
9. To provide business services to promote, encourage, sponsor and subsidise the creation, generation, supply, transmission and use of electrical power by conventional and non-conventional, non-polluting methods of power generation including wind, natural gas, geothermal, solar, hydel, geo-hydel, tidal waves, geothermal, biological and bio-gas.
10. To promote business services to conduct programmes and initiatives for the care, rescue and or conservation of rare / exotic / endangered species.
11. To provide services to create awareness, conduct research and training for the protection and promotion of public interest, environmental justice in India and other Countries.
12. To establish and promote Theme Based sister organisations and Theme- Based Collaborations and Consortia.
13. To provide Business Services pertaining to Development of Business Plan, Natural Resource Management Plans, Working Plans of the Forest Department, Conservation Plans, Wildlife Mitigation Plans and any other associated plans as per the need of the client.
•Forest Clearance under Forest (Conservation) Act-1980, Environmental Clearance under Environment (Protection) Act-1986 and Wildlife Clearance for Developmental Projects of a variety of types and nature to cater to developmental agencies.
• Planning and policy development for forest, wildlife and environmental conservation.
• Preparation/Development of Tiger Conservation Plans, Elephant Conservation Plans for Tiger and Elephant Reserves and other Flagship Species Conservation plans.
• Developing ‘Strategy and Action Plans for Conservation of Corridors (SAPCC)’ for State Forest Departments.
• Developing Policy Briefs in Conservation for the Government of India and State Governments.
• Management Plans for Protected Areas namely National Parks, Wildlife Sanctuaries, Conservation Reserves and Community Reserves.
• Preparation of Zonal Master Plans for Eco Sensitive Zones of Protected Areas.
• Undertaking theme-based and field-based surveys, assessments, studies and projects in Managed Forests, Protective Areas and Multiple Land Use Matrices.
• Providing capacity and competency development support in the field of forest, wildlife and environmental conservation to the State Forest Departments, Line Agencies of the State Government, Public and Private Sector Undertakings.
• Providing advisories and consultancies for institution building and development to develop ‘Centers of Excellence’ in capacity and competency building of the Human Resource in the field of Conservation.
• Providing Services and Support pertaining to adoption of Modern Tools and Technology in the field of Conservation.
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and Curriculum Development for State Forest Departments, Line Agencies of the State Government, Public and Private Sector Undertakings.
• Development of Project Proposals for tailormade needs of the Clients.
